These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of mykalathaki.gr, the MY Kalathaki app, and related supermarket price comparison services ("Service") operated by MY Kalathaki (sole proprietor, Greece) ("we", "Provider").
Using any part of the Service means you fully accept these Terms and applicable Greek and EU law.

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies require your consent via the cookie banner.
3. Account and permitted use
You may use parts of the Service without registration. Features such as saved lists may require an account with a valid email.
You must not: scrape or automate data collection, overload our infrastructure, copy content without permission, or use the Service commercially without agreement.
4. Prices and product information
The Service provides informational price comparisons from Greek supermarkets. Prices, offers, and availability come from third-party stores and may not reflect checkout prices at purchase time.
We do not sell products or participate in transactions between you and stores.
